My stay at Casa Mosquito was a truly unique experience. The colonial charm of the hotel combined with stunning views made it feel like I was in a friend's house rather than a conventional hotel. The only drawback was the cobbled walk up the hill, which might be tricky for those not wearing practical footwear. Overall, it was a lovely stay with really good service.

My stay at Casa Mosquito was quite good. The staff was lovely, especially Benjamin, the owner, who is incredibly helpful. The location was surprising at first, close to a pacified favela, but it turned out to be safe and conveniently situated between Ipanema and Copacabana. The rooftop view was amazing, though the rooms were a bit on the small side.
